Mast Service Center’s top priority is to keep you and your passengers safe on the roads of Etna Green. Our auto mechanics will work together to help you prioritize the urgency of the needed auto repair or fleet service. When a diesel mechanic with our mobile service unit arrives, they will make similar determinations about your truck.

An appointment is recommended at Mast Service Center so that we can have an auto mechanic or diesel mechanic ready to help you when you arrive. We aim for your auto repair or fleet service to be finished on the same day! Our mobile service unit can also deploy a diesel mechanic to your vehicle or fleet’s location either by appointment or in the event of a breakdown.

Routine auto maintenance protects your vehicle or fleet from future breakdowns so that it won’t quit unexpectedly. Waiting until something is noticeably wrong will cost you more money on auto repair down the road. You can trust the technicians at Mast Service Center to give you an honest assessment of your vehicle’s routine maintenance needs.

Mast Service Center does charge to test and inspect cars, but this prevents us from having issues with technicians looking for repairs that are not necessary. This procedure, in turn, protects our customers. If the inspection is for a used car purchase, we charge according to the extent of inspection. In the case of a particular problem (listening for noise, inspecting brakes, etc.) a fee will not be added if our technicians carry out auto repair after the inspection. When diagnosing an electrical problem (wiring problem, headlights don’t operate, etc.) or driveability concern (hesitation, check engine light, etc.), there will be a charge applied based on the type of equipment used and the auto mechanic’s time.

Depending on the design of the vehicle, locating an electrical problem or replacing a part might require significant disassembly for our ASE-Certified auto mechanics or diesel mechanics to access the area for the repair. At Mast Service Center, we do our best to be upfront about these costs before we begin service so that you can make an educated decision about your auto repairs.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept checks with proper identification. We process our checks through Advantage.

All four categories have a purpose in making auto repairs and during consultation with our auto mechanics should be selected according to availability, vehicle specifics, and your personal needs. A factory new part is one manufactured by the company that produced the vehicle. An aftermarket new part is manufactured by a source other than the original factory. A remanufactured part was previously used and is reconditioned to meet or exceed original specifications. A used part has been obtained from a salvage yard. At Mast Service Center in Etna Green, we will walk you through every relevant option at the time of service.

In today’s highly sophisticated automobiles, a tune-up is a maintenance type service and normally does not correct a running problem. We advise our customers with a running problem to choose an engine diagnostic service in order to address the source of a running problem.

Mast Service Center invoices reflect the total cost in parts & labor increments. Work time is determined by using the Alldata Labor Guide, which is an industry standard. You can be certain that the parts used for your auto repair were purchased according to your individual needs. We also separate our shop supplies and environmental fees. These are our supplies needed by our auto mechanics to service your vehicles, such as shop towels, nuts/bolts, engine/brake cleaner, and much more. Unscrupulous shops will charge you for an entire can of cleaner, even if they only use a small amount. We try to keep it fair by only charging a small percent.

This is a myth. There is no such equipment that will tell you what is wrong with your vehicle or that can predict what will go wrong with your vehicle next. Through our diesel mechanics and auto mechanic’s education, training, and experience with auto repair, we can use the diagnostic equipment and to determine what is wrong with your vehicle or  entire fleet. It is important to give Mast Service Center all the symptoms and information known about your vehicle and the problems you are experiencing. It’s of particular importance to share this information if you need our mobile service unit so that our diesel mechanic can potentially be more prepared to fix your car in the field.
